Sherie O'Neill-Johnson

Sherie’s long career in real estate since 2001 is of real value to the Central Otago region.

As manager of Bayleys Wānaka, her experience enables her to lead a high-performing team capable of delivering exceptional results to clients.

Sherie first entered the world of property working in the office of the real estate agency her father owned in Auckland. She then worked for many years in the music industry as a marketing manager for EMI Music, as well as for entertainment lawyers in both London and New Zealand. Having a contractual background helped her to start her own boutique real estate agency in Piha/Karekare – a small coastal area 45 minutes North West of Auckland on a popular surf beach.  Moving to Bayleys Wānaka was a natural transition as Sherie was able to continue to work with a small team in another amazing part of New Zealand filled with lots of outdoor activities.

Sherie is known for her attention to detail, ability to multi-task and approachable and easy-going manner. Supporting her agents means they can deliver better outcomes and Sherie provides people with the tools to propel them to the next level by helping them realise their own unique potential.  She leads the Wānaka team to identify opportunities for their clients in any economic environment backed by a strong, consistent marketing focus. Her commitment to the Bayleys’ mantra of maximising the value of clients’ real estate assets through superior customer service adds real weight to the Bayleys Wānaka sales experience.

Coming from a family of keen snowboarders Sherie likes to keep active and make the most of what Wānaka has to offer going on long hikes with her dog, riding around the lake, HIIT and yoga.
