Gary Kirk

Gary Kirk is an agent of note in the Otago/Southland region who has consistently topped sales at Bayleys Cromwell.  Gary is a rare breed of agent whose property knowledge spans the residential, rural and commercial real estate sectors, consequently, he has sold much of the commercial real estate in the area.

In his previous work, Gary was a prominent businessman in Southland developing a rich source of knowledge on property development, commercial property, construction and farming - he built up a 900-cow dairy farm after selling a 900-acre sheep and beef unit.  The breadth and depth of Gary’s experience in the business community gives him wide-reaching networks and knowledge of the area, which he uses to market properties effectively and make sales.  He is proud to be backed by the Bayleys brand unique for its professionalism and extensive marketing reach.

With excellent listening skills and an open, friendly approach, Gary is dedicated to guiding his vendors through the process of selling without applying pressure.  He makes every effort to understand the needs of both vendors and potential purchasers and is available to them whenever they have questions or detail they wish to discuss. 

Gary has a huge passion for the community he lives and work in.  Outside of work, Gary he time for the things he loves – mountain biking, car racing and rugby.  He is a long-time supporter of Rugby Southland, a member of Highlands Motorsport Park and has completed a 260km bike ride to raise funds for Westpac Helicopters.
