His background includes owning and operating a successful property management business in Queenstown, followed by his work as a real estate salesperson with Bayleys in Queenstown and Cromwell. He qualified as an Associate Member of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand in 2009, reflecting his commitment to professional standards.
