Anna van de Water

Since joining Bayleys Wanaka in 2017, Anna’s passion for property has continued to grow.

Anna started as a Licensed Salesperson and worked alongside clients to buy, sell and rent properties. This experience coupled with her Social Work background sets her apart from others within the property management industry.

Anna has successfully grown the long term rental portfolio at Bayleys Wanaka each year. She recently obtained the NZ Certificate in Residential Property Management, in addition to becoming a shareholder in the Property Management business in late 2021.

Anna enjoys engaging with both landlords and tenants, and is dedicated to supporting them to achieve their property goals.
