While their children have now left school, they continue to compete in rowing, keeping the family closely connected to the local sporting community. Property investment and development have given Shaun a valuable perspective beyond real estate sales. He and Kylie own a number of investment properties and are shareholders in the 15-lot Brassknocker subdivision in Alexandra, as well as two additional developments on Dunstan Road near Alexandra. This involvement provides Shaun with a wealth of firsthand knowledge about the area, market trends, and the development process - insights he confidently shares with both sellers and buyers.

Prior to launching his real estate career, Shaun worked for New Zealand Merino company, facilitating long-term contracts between merino growers and end users of their premium product. This experience provided him with an excellent foundation in negotiation and the ability to structure deals that work for all parties. Shaun’s local knowledge and work ethic are second to none.
