Mike is a Fellow of the Property Institute of New Zealand and has over 25 years’ experience undertaking valuation assignments throughout New Zealand and the South Pacific for insurance, financial reporting, acquisition, disposal and tax depreciation purposes. Mike’s clients include a number of district and regional councils, listed property vehicles and major manufacturing companies.

He has worked throughout New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific Islands having valued a wide variety of manufacturing facilities, bulk fuel storage depots, commercial properties, specialised properties and large infrastructure assets.
