Prior to joining Bayleys, Dunedin's largest real estate agency, Alana worked as a real estate agent at a boutique inner-city agency in Melbourne for 7 years. During this time, she gained valuable experience in the fast-paced and competitive Melbourne market, honing her negotiation skills and developing a keen eye for effective marketing.
